Do not take out a Vodafone Contract in Spain
I signed a contract from THE PHONE HOUSE on the 9th November for €79 per month and €10 for free internet, I wanted a big contract as I use my phone for business….!
Even that I have signed a 2 year contract Vodafone cut my line twice in the first 2 weeks saying I was using above my limit, so I offered to pay balance which they accepted after holding for 1 hour on the phone to their customer care department which is a joke.
Today the 1st December 2009 they cut my line again saying I have reached my credit balance of €400 and then told me I could not make payment until the 9th December 2009 leaving me without an outgoing phone for the next 8 days.
I have taken legal advice, this is a clear breach of the contract I signed with Vodafone, and I intend to put a (denuncia) in place for breach of contract.
I would welcome all your cases against Vodafone and will offer you all free legal advice and put a claim together for all our loses and report this to a company called facedebts.com to chase for all monies lost.
I believe we can all put a €10 million law case together, For Breach of contract and lose of business due to their breaches
